Few Questions about making ADR's

Hello. Tomorrow is our 180 day mark so that means its time to make some ADR's. i have a couple of questions.

What is the earliest we can call tomorrow to start and make our ressies?

We are a group of 13 plus a baby whats the best way for us to book the restaurants we want as a group?

We know its going to be hard to make ressies for a group so large and want to make srue we start early so we don't miss out.

6:00 am. Ressies can also be done online, but with a party that large I don't know the best way to advise.(my family is usually a party of 3) Sorry!

Also, forgot to mention: If you are trying to get one of the hard to get ressies start dailing @5:55 am (EST) If you get a recording listen carefully. If they indicate they are not open, hang up and try immediatly again.

With your party being over 10...you have 14 (you have to count the baby as well), you need to call the Grand Gatherings line. Sorry I don't have it, but a quick search you should find it.

They will be able to make sure you get your ressies with that high number so you all sit together. Have a safe and wonderful trip!!

For a group of 18, I was told to call group dining ( 407-939-7707 ). You can enter a party of 14 on the online reservation system, so you might be able to do it through the normal reservation phone line. I never ended up calling group dining, so I can't tell you how it turned out.

Phone lines actually open at 7AM EST... one hour after the online reservation system goes live.

You will need to book reservations for a party of 14. You MUST include the infant in your head count because (A) they still need a "spot" and (B) for the restaurants overall capacity.
