Few OKW questions

Hi, we are checking in on Tues and I see our resort has a few extras listed that I was not aware of until just now... and of course now I have questions:

1) what is the fee for reserving a Minnie van? there are 6 of us traveling and we would like to make rope drop a few morning so I thought this might be a better option rather than waiting for the bus. also do you reserve this the night before?

2) childcare - if we were to use this are the fees the same as on the "kids' nite out" website?

3) it says gym and spa - anyone know if they offer massages or have a sauna on property? I would like to surprise my friend with a private massage is that's a possibility.

And any other tips about best transportation options or anything you may have for me are greatly appreciated. We've never stayed here before.

Currently, the Minnie Van runs $25 per trip within the WDW Resort Area. It's an on-demand service that you request using the Lyft mobile app.

There is a rumor that the Minnie Van service will change to a flat rate + mileage sometime in the near future.

I hear that all the resort buses stop at Hospitality House (main check in building) before departing, so if you need to get there you can hope on any bus.

I don't think they have massages at OKW, but they have them at Saratoga Springs which is right next door.

There is a sauna in the lighthouse by the main pool at HH.

Yes.. massage at Saratoga, need to make those plans in advance.
Boat okw to disney springs... and there are boats from disney springs down to POR and POFQ ( I’d consider seeing POR) great indoor bar/yehaw Bob ( free .. CK schedule) show... grab a cocktail or a great snack/food at the food court) beautiful resort. Especially all lit up at night.
