Few ADR timing questions

Are they linked to FP timing.

Example
If I have fp+ at
11:00 to 12:00
12:30 to 13:30

Can I book meal at 11:30? Or will having adr at 11:30 block me from booking fp+?

Also having 2 ADRs, what time difference can you book 2 ADRS

example Dessert party + BOG dinner

and last one, how early do they publish the dessert parties? Are they available 180+10 days

Example - I have booking for today 5 pm adr. If an ADR in more suitable time is available for same evening, would I be able to amend the time of the current ADR without penalty?
