Is everyone excited for Farts!?

I won't be getting their until the Festival basically finishes, I'm thinking of doing two days back to back at Epcot, not use if this is silly or too much? Thinking of slipping in a GEO-82 res, not sure what time to aim for.
Yes! This is right up there with Festival of the Holidays for me. I have 2 different trips during FotA coming up. Love Disney on Broadway!

We are going to the festival at the beginning, spending the first two days back to back at Epcot, with an 11:10am GEO-82 lunch reservation the first day. Doesn’t sound silly at all to me! We love the arts festival and have the art in our home to prove it.

Not silly at all, it’s a great festival! We’re even doing a split stay with BWV at the end for 4 nights so we can attend FoTA on foot!

So you get it shipped home or do you drive?

From experience, go with the shipping home if you can - well worth it. Last year I bought a small painting with the intention of just carrying it, but by the time they had wrapped it up in a box it was double the size and totally awkward to carry around. I made it to two more booths with it in hand before I walked back and said I changed my mind. Super easy process, in my experience.

Even if you're intending to buy something and head right out, Epcot and this festival in particular has a way of sucking you in longer if you're in the mood to spend money! :-)

I’m usually always on the mood to spend money. I did see that an artist that I really like is going to be there. I’m horrible with names so I can’t remember his name. He paints characters at the parks and resorts.

I was just at Bay Lake recently. I really love the Joey Chou art!

His art is so fun, they had some on display at DLR one of my recent trips.

Had to figure my guys name. Rob Kaz.
Oh yes, I like his stuff too.

If you are at Contemporary they have some art in the kiosk in the BVG gift shop as well.

Idk about the gift card question, but I can't see why not. Now how about that 20% DVC discount? Is that valid for art purchases?

If we get DVC discount and they take GC I am in trouble...

Last year was my first at FARTS, and I’m so looking forward to this one! We’ve done all the festivals now and this is by far my favorite. I loved all the food but we didn’t get to do the mural painting because the line was always too long or any shows, so hoping to do them this year. Also hoping weathers better this year, we were there for first two weeks of the festival last year and it was freezing and frequently rainy. This corn pudding thing was my favorite dessert and I’m hoping to have some more this year!

I was just at Festival of Holidays, and the food surpassed my expectations. Hopefully same will be true for FotA.
