Ferries to MK

I've read that ferries/monorails do not start running from the MK parking lot until 30 minutes before the scheduled opening of the MK. Is that the case?

I would never take the ferry TO the MK in the morning... much too slow.

The monorails are running well before the MK opening time, EXCEPT on MK AM EMH days.
On those days they keep the NON-WDW-Resort guests at TTC until very near "regular" opening time. (But the RESORT and EPCOT Monorails will be running early as usual.)

On NON-AM EMH days, the MK Express Monorail should be running from TTC at least an hour, or so, before MK opening time.
