Fellow scrapper needs help!

Please help a fellow scrapper! We recently returned from our dream Disney vacation where we had a magical time with our three kids - ages 8,5,&4. Sadly, on the last day of our trip I lost my digital camera card containing almost 600 pix from MGM, Downtown Disney and Animal Kingdom, plus the trip down from PA (our kids first plane ride)! So far nothing has been turned in to Lost and Found. I am looking for fellow scrappers who can send me generic pix of my kids' favorites: High School Musical Pep Rally at MGM, Star Tours at MGM, Lightning McQueen and Mater at MGM, Sci-Fi Dine-In at MGM, Kilimanjaro Safari at Animal Kingdom, and the LEGO serpent and the Stitch at World of Disney that spits water at Downtown Disney. I have written letters to Disney asking for ideas and am posting messages on various message boards. I would love to have ANYTHING that will help me record our memories of this special trip. I would love to have ideas if anyone knows what else I can do. Thank you!

I will check today. I know I have some pix from the Safari, probably star tours.

Worst case I will be going back a couple of times this summer and would be happy to take pictures of anything you need!

There is a thread that you should be able to find from a couple of months ago with a great photographer sharing his Disney photos.

Also the photography board will have a number of people willing to do this. There photos will be much better than mine.

So sorry for your loss. Was it just the card or the camera too? I always hope if I loss my camera that the person would be at least decent enough to return the card. I have my name and address locked into the first photo when I am on vacation. Not good for stalkers if someone is going to do that but......

Were you using a photopass at all. They have some generic photos online you can access.

The ones of the float print a little on the dark side so you may want to change the brightness before you print them

How heartbreaking for you! Keep trying lost and found - you never know! No good now, but that's why I try to download pics at intervals and get both prints and a CD, which go straight into separate cases.

Sorry I haven't got the pics you want but the card at least will turn up somewhere. The personal pics are irreplaceable

Thank you all so much for what your doing! MyLittlePiglet - it was just the card - I'm still not sure how it got out of my camera bag. I keep calling Lost & Found hoping that it will be found and turned in - Bob knows me by name these days! I'm trying to look on the bright side - I still have some pix from the second half of the trip and the camera and the kids all survived a very busy trip, but I miss those pix of the kids' faces and expressions! We did get a PhotoPass and I'll be purchasing many of them. I never though to see if they have generic type pix so thanks for that idea! I feel more optomistic today than I have since we got back thanks to all of you good people!

Your welcome, let me know if there is anything else you need or you can't pull them off the thread.

Now did you look everywhere? In the laundry hamper? In the creases of the suitcase or camera bag? Did you call the hotel you were staying at as well as the park? Did you maybe put it in a different bag, like a fanny pack or something?

I'm so sorry you lost the card. I am so worried that will happen to us. DH takes a full size bag, 2 cameras, 3 cards, 2 flashes. The whole shebang. We average 5000 pics a trip so I feel your pain of losing the moments. I hope we helped filling in the blanks.

Everyone has posted great photos! If you are missing any, please post what you are missing. We just went in March and we always take a bunch of photos. I have pretty much everything on your list except for Lightening and Mater.
