After reading through the Weigh-in thread for this week, I noticed a few people seem to be getting disheartened. So, I thought we could post some hints and tips to help motivate each other. It doesn't have to be just weight-loss tips, it could be something that makes you feel better about yourself or a nice low-fat healthy recipe

- As well as weighing yourself each week, take your bust, waist and hip measurements at the beginning and end of the pledge - you may not be losing lbs but you could be losing inches
- Sin-free potato wedges - allow 1 medium-sized potato per person, cut into 8 wedges, par-boil for about 5 minutes, then spray a baking tray with Fry-Lite or other low calorie spray and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. I always sprinkle mine with some season-all as well
- Choose an item of clothing that's a bit tight and try it on each week (I finally managed to get a pair of size 16 trousers buttoned up this week)
- Sugar-free Angel Delight made up with some chopped fruit in is lovely
