As with all Disney events, themed entertainment is part of the festivities. Visitors to the Food and Wine Festival can “Eat to the Beat!”

The following line-up of performers is scheduled for the 2006"Eat to the Beat" Concert Series:

DH is going to be upset we miss 3 dog night by 1 day. We saw them last year and they were great looks like 4 tops and gloria gaynor for us. We love the eat to the beat concerts no matter whos performing.
We're going home in 2 weeks then in October whooo hoo

You didn't say where you found the list. The list has not been published at the official WDW website, nor at the highly reliable unofficial site, http://www.allearsnet.com/

The list looks like a more complete version of the partial list at http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/EPCOT.htm

The list looks believable, but I wouldn't count on it being 100% cast in concrete at this point.

Food & Wine Festival events, especially those involving guest chefs, can change after the official schedule is published. I don't recall any changes to the Eat to the Beat concert series in past years after the schedule was officially published.

Wow, I haven't seen Southside Johnny since I moved from NJ! Looks like a weekend in October for DVC and another trip to see SSJ.
