Feet In The Fountain.........

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

OK, this is thread is hilarious.

It's bound to be closed soon. :sad2:

Lets hope not. It is all in fun and we aren't hurting anyone, Oh maybe we are, but if they don't speak English, we aren't. :lmao:

When I am in Italy I never ask for ice with my evening glass of Beverly.

Yum....so refreshing.....like a mouth full of pee!

the funniest part of the pic is the little girl with the hat looking over at them....:rotfl2:

so who's waiting for disney to install a fastpass machine at the fountain???

:lmao:
That's just what I was thinking. I mean look at that poor boy that is holding on to the water fountain on the left side in the grey shirt, you can tell he is just waiting for his turn to put his feet in the foutain.

the funniest part of the pic is the little girl with the hat looking over at them....:rotfl2:

I bet she was thinking, "Mommy how come they can stick their feet in it, but you told me that I couldn't. That's just not fair!!! I wanna put my feet in the foutain."

Common sense may be subjective.

Maybe in their country, they eat pigs testicles daily also. And find it odd that we don't.

And they didn't see others putting their feet in the fountain because there was no more room with all of them!

Is it this one?

I'm staring at this pic. I can't believe some people!

Please make sure you post that picture for all to see :lmao:

All I need is a neon yellow shirt, and I'm all set.

BTW, the Brazilians were in the parks last week in blue and pink shirts. It's no longer just February and July!

No matter where I am I think it's gross. I used to live in Burlington VT and people would strip their kids down to undies and diapers and let them run around this fountain on Church Street- it always struck me as gross and inappropriate.

Here in Pittsburgh, where I currently live there are these things called "water steps" by Heinz Field and PNC Park that are supposedly for people/kids to play in. Also grosses me out when I see kids in them. These water steps are not in the nicest area of town and I always suspect there will be a drug users needle or something in them or broken glass from a drunken sports fan. In my opinion dipping your feet in fountains is unsanitary and inappropriate and potentially dangerous.

During our trip in April, we did see some people take off their shoes and soak their feet in the fountain in from of the American Adventure in Epcot.
A CM came pretty quickly and told them to stop, followed by Security CMs who escorted them away. I don't know if they were escorted out of the area or out of the park, but my sister thought she heard Security tell them they were done with the park for the day.

Kansas City calls itself the "City of Fountains."

They do have more fountains than the "other" City of Fountains, Rome, Italy.

In the Summer, they KC has problems with some people "swimming/wading" in some of these fountains... and it is problematic as many of the fountains contain underwater lighting gear and wiring than can be damaged by intruders (as well as the "waders" being injured if they trip over it.)

OTOH, there ARE some fountains in KC that are DESIGNED for wading.

Here are clips (not mine) of the fountains at (Hallmark Card's headquaters) Crown Center shopping district.

THIS is a clip of the fountains near Christmas time when they are programmed to "dance" to music.

THIS is a very short clip of the same fountains in the Summer with "waders" enjoying the splashing jets.

Ooooh!!! I'll have to make sure I get a pretty pedicure! Maybe a nice sheer shade so you can see my toesies through the clear water. :rotfl2:

Oh so you're trying to outshine my bunions, eh? lol I'll put a nice, pretty Mickey toe ring right on that red bump!
