I just read in a different thread that resorts now charge a fee for holding packages? Is this true? How much of a fee? I ordered groceries, and had never heard of a fee to hold your items. It could really affect the cost of my packages! I am staying at the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort.

This applies if you have items shipped to a resort that has convention facilities. It does not apply for deliveries to Bell Services for places like Garden Grocer. If you ship a case of water from Amazon, that's when it would apply, at certain resorts.

You will not be charged a fee for your groceries. We own at SSR and go every 6 months. We do garden grocer everytime. Once we get our room, we call bell services and they bring it right to our room no problems, no fees. We do tip them but that's our choice.

this is how rumours get started. (further down on that thread it was posted about UPS or FED ex packages being charged-- not groceries.

I read all the way through the thread before posting my question about it...so if someone answered later then I didn't see that but the thread was not specifically about this question so I wasn't sure if someone would answer if I asked there. :) Not trying to start rumors but trying to find out information. We can't all know the answer already.
