Fee's for 2 resorts.

If you have ownership at 2 resorts, the maintainence fee's are different at each one. How are they deducted each month? Is there a seperate deduction for each one, or are they lumped together?

I own at multiple resorts. The annual statement will itemize all dues for all the resorts you own. But the monthly deduction from my checking account is a single deduction for the total amount for all resorts (contracts) combined.

Note: This is for a single membership. I don't know if it's the same or not if you have multiple memberships (ie, different use years).

I have 2 seperate contracts and 2 use years. I get seperate paperwork including 2 Vacation Magics, 2 dues statements and 2 dues deductions.

Since my use year will be the same at both resorts, I guess i will only get the one deduction. This is my third contract, but the first at another resort, and all with an August use year. thanThanks for your response.
