Feels Soooooo Jealous

I keep going through all these boards and seeing the different people's tickers.. 2 weeks to go.. 9 days to go.. wtc.. and i feel so jealous.. I know my time will come where i wil be 2 weeks away and everything but still .. lol.. im sure everyone gets at least a little bit jealous, happy for them of course.. but a bit jealous too..​

Agh! Dont worry. I was exactly where you are in December. I spent time trying to figure out how to make the time pass easily......didnt find anything. With that said, I do spend time reviewing the DIS boards, reading through my official guide book, watching the promo dvd for the 348732774982 time, buying Disney gear from local places like walmart, finding bathing suits on sale at stores, etc.

I really honestly know how you feel but I am very happy for these people that go before us because they come back and post reviews of their trip that help me plan even more.

Bottom line: Im there with you.
Go ahead and start piecing together your trip such as researching for bathing suites, bags to bring into the park, making lists, etc. It really does help. Im now under the 130 day mark and I cant wait until I hit 90, 60, 30 and then AGH!!!! Disney

i can so relate...i can never find a way to make the time go by faster.. i do watch the dvd again and again, i go through the papers about it i printed out, i go to the emails i got for payments on our trip.. etc..

i have been.. i decided since we are driving to take 2 suitcases, one for clothes and one for stuffies i buy there.. lol figure it might be a good idea..lol..

i am very happy for people that get to go before me.. and that their horribly long wait is over for them and they get to go home..

I just cant wait for mine.. I'm just under 200 days now.. when we get to 180 days me and my cousin can put in our vacation time at work.. our manger has already verbally approved in and told us when we put it in just to tell him and he can approve it and put it in the books..​

We are driving too!!! I think its going to make things so much easier. We can buy sooo much more because of that.....Im sure thats not a good thing but I kinda go psycho when Im at disney.

Do you know what you are doing as far as dining yet?

yeah i can understand going psycho at disney.. the main thing is one of my favorite disney characters is Marie from Aristocats.. but you can rarely find anything of her... but in the france pavillion in Epcot there are tons of stuff.. gonna go nuts this time ive had alot more time and ways to save money for this trip as compared to the last..


we have a few places in mind we want to eat.. 2 pplaces we have to eat are planet Hollywoord at DTD, and 50's Primetime cafe i thought it was so funny that when they yelled at my mom for not finishing her food when we were there when i was younger.. theres a couple other places that i cant remember the names of that i would like to try.. You?​

Primetime is on my list. Ive never done it before. So, Im kinda excited.

We now have it set to do a character breakfast when we go. We are stuck on 1900 park fare because we had such a great experience when we do it. We have a late breakfast and have always had the characters to ourselves and the food was good. Sausage gravy....yum!

I am also scheduled for Bomas, Afternoon Tea, Crystal Palace, Rainforest Cafe, Scifi (love the atmosphere at this place) and Primetime.

Very excited!!!

yeah scifi was another one i wanted to try out, didnt get to my last visit.. but it looked neat.. good food and cheesy scifi movies.. lol whats not to love.. lol... there is another restruant that i want to try.. its at one of the resort.. cant remember which one or the name of the restruant but the walls like change color and the images change.... any idea?​

Hmm you have stumped me on the one where the walls change. I know they definitely have that on their cruise ships but I havent heard of that at Disney World. Someone else can jump in here if Im wrong on this.

For character dining at the monorail resorts you have 1900 park fare, Chef MIckey's, and Ohana. I dumped Chef Mickeys after the bad reviews on here.

By all means go to Chef Mickeys if thats what you plan to do. THe bad reviews didnt pursade me as much as put the final clamp not to do it. My plan was to eat there, watch the fireworks, and then go to the magic kingdom for the PM EMH which is from 11pm-2am. But, I discovered that if Im trying to enter the park after the fireworks as everyone is exiting then its going to be quite a mess. So, technically my itinerary for the trip was about 90% of the reason why Im now doing Crystal Palace inside the park instead.

WE came back November 1st. But we booked bounce back before we left. The one thing that helped me was the holiday's were around the corner. So I didn't visit much until Jan. Know I need my fix and I still have over seven months to go.

I did get our airfare this week. I have no clue about ADR's so I need to work on that before 3/29.

ohhhh okay that makes sense... unfortunaly me and my friend didnt get to make use of the extra hours.. we were just so stinking tired... but the end of the day we just went back to the resort to sleep.. then woke up at 4am and go swimming then go back to bed and wake up in a couple hours to catch a bus to whichever park to be the first in line..​

Ive gone different times of the year... and ive figured out that.. the best time to go, as far as lines go.. is end of august and beginnging of septemeber.. everyone is back at school and at work after the summer... short lines.. we didnt have to wait longer than 10mins... with the onyl exception of Soarin but that was cuz we got there late, cuz we were going to watch the fireworks at epcot so we were there late afternoon​

I would love to be able to go in September but my youngest brother is still in high school so that wouldnt work. And I just want leave him behind while everyone else goes.
