Feeling uncomfortable with Garden Grocer

I put in my Garden Grocer order on December 26, they have charged my credit card, but when I log in to their site and try to view the things I have ordered, it shows nothing. And I can't get anyone on the phone to confirm that we're still a "go" on this one.

Anyone else have similar issues? It's really not a huge deal, but makes me a taaaaad uncomfortable. Perhaps it will only show things I have "purchased in the past" AFTER I've actually had them delivered? Sound reasonable? It just seems weird that it wouldn't show me anything in my current "cart," so to speak. A site glitch? Someone out there please reassure me that this is a reputable place. :-)

We just used GG last month, and LOVED them!!! And we'll use them again next Dec!!

I'm sure there is no problem!!! Brian is the owner, and he actually made the delivery himself at the BCV. He even put all my groceries away for me. I bet there's just a glitch somewhere. Keep calling...they'll fix it for you!!!:thumbsup2
 
Love Gardengrocer! They were fantastic for our trip last June. Excellent customer service, great produce. Don't feel uncomfortable at all...

I am an over-obsessive planner and ordered my food and paid for it and then.....well...then what? I just couldn't accept the fact that everything would run smoothly like it was supposed to just by a few clicks of my mouse, so of course, I just had to call and bug them about "did you get my order, did you see my special request, will you be there on time...blah, blah, blah." But of course, when delivery day came, everything went exactly as promised and planned - smooth as silk! (When I called, I left a message and Brian called me back in short time to assure me everything would be fine).

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
 
WE used them in July 2006 and in January again. They are great. We plan to use them on our July trip again.
 

we used them in Sept and we'll be using them again in 11 days :cool1: -- great customer service and very helpful! Brian is wonderful and answered many of my "slightly obsessive" questions too! I'm sure there's some glitch and he'll return your call ASAP. Hang in there! Hey -- I just realized we'll be there around the same time as you! :thumbsup2

I went through the exact same thing and I'm a worrier too. I e-mailed their customer service before we left and they assured me that they had my order and confirmed the order #. They showed up just as promised. We were short one item, but they brought it to us later. It was just a simple mistake, I ordered 2 but they only grabbed one and they made it right.

We've used them twice now and we'll use them again.

This happened to me yesterday. I sent an email to info@gardengrocer.com asking if they've recieved my order and explaining the situation and before the end of the day today I got a response with my entire order listed in the email. Give it a try. Maybe it's easier for them to respond through email at their own pace or something.:confused3
