feeling left out on TB

i felt the same way for quite a while.

i don't have a group now but i talk to whoevers on and honestly i think they're are 101 different groups on here.
you have moi kird. it's just we never seem t be on together

I feel like that a lot too.. but I post anyway lol

looks like we all feel the same way.

really what you have to do is just post post post. don't care about what other people will think...just speak your mind. :goodvibes

i've been on the dis for a looooong time and only recently have i really began posting on a regular basis and having conversations with people.
Just put yourselves out there. :hippie:

For the LONGEST time I jsut posted when I felt necessary, I knew a few people by name but I never talked to anyone really. One night on the random board I got to know some people more personally, But if we were in a thread talking I would not mind at all if any one of you jumped in and joined or started talking about something else! Its a comunity board for teens who love Disney, no one should be afraid to post because they think they wil be judged, you won't, and if you are by someone that person is rude, not you.

I suppose I don't have a group of friends on the DIS...but I have to admit I feel there are a few groups - but like someone said, it's like school, you just kinda naturally form groups, you don't try and purposely make someone feel excluded! But for me, I just post on the threads that I'm interested in and try and have fun! I mean the board is suppose to be a fun place to get away from the stress of everyday life! It shouldn't be like forming friendships at school!
:goodvibes

Honey, we all feel like that sometimes.

But you just have to keep posting. Post something that will get you noticed.

I remember when I came back from having a break from here and almost ALL my friends were gone. The threads I was comfortable with were being ignored (LOTP) and I felt I was back at square one again.

But eventually, you just find your place again.

I've been kinda feeling the same way. Sometimes I feel like a thread killer, and there were a couple of times when I actually deleted my post before I submitted it, just because I was worried about being judged and stuff. . But I guess I really shouldn't worry about that here, none of us should. No one's going to bite our heads off or anything :)
My advice is if anyone tries to, just duck. I'm kidding no one would do that here. I felt the same way when I first started, but now I feel normal.

It seems like there's a lot of people who I think of as kind of in the "in group".. not that there really is a group, but I don't really know how else to say it.. are saying that they feel like that. just an observation.. a random one.. so ya..

I guess everything is not how it meets the eye.

I wuoldn'y even call it a group, I mean there is a group of regulars that are always on the boards, that have talked alot and formed some friendships, but its not liek the popular clique at school. Everyones welcome here on the board.

Exactly. I couldn't have said it better myself.

We welcome new people with open arms as long as they're not trolls.

But if they are cute troll then we will consider them.;)

Exactly, I wasn't really good friends with people until a very late night discussion on the random board! hehehe...

Just don't be scared to post, no one here can virtually bite you.
