Feeling frustrated

I had surgery on my wrist on 5/22 after almost a year of pain. (I had a TFCC tear that needed to be repaired) I just got the cast off on Tuesday and started physical therapy yesterday. My arm and wrist are so sore and stiff that my arm is no where near able to be straightened out. I just feel so frustrated. I can barely bend my wrist, just making a fist hurts. Maybe I was just expecting too much too soon. I never imagined I'd be this sore 5 weeks after surgery.

At least I know I'll be fine by our Disney trip. Thanks for letting me vent.
