Do they always have a 9:30 feeding?

I would say 98% of the time yes. As it says on the park maps, all times are subject to change and there is limited availability.

Should an animal emergency arise (and the staff needs to go help out) and there's no one there to run the feed, then no feed. They also do physicals on the dolphins a few times a year that typically close the area for the morning.
