Feedback on Prime Time shuttle shared van service?

I am trying to decide on my mode of transportation between SNA and GCH. I was going to take a taxi (for me and 2 kids) but since I am arriving in rush hour and the taxis are not flat rate (at least Yellow Cab is not, I just called them) and a metered ride cost could be unpredictable. Prime Time shuttle has been an recommended alternative - any feedback on their service?

We have used Primetime from the Long Beach airport to the Carousel Inn and Suites once. They were fine, the driver was waiting for us once after we went through baggage claim and used side streets so we got there pretty quick (20min if I remember right). Prices were the same as everyone else.

I would go with them again.

We used Primetime from SNA to hotels 2 years in a row. We didn't have any problems either time.

We used them from LAX to DLH in Oct and will be using them again from SNA to GCH next month... they were on-time, nice, and speedy!

I used a private car, but I am spoiled that way, and didn't want to wait for any other passengers or drop anyone else off along the way... I am sure the service is the same with a shared shuttle--which was great--but you may not get to your hotel as quickly...

We were on a shared van. I didn't know they had private car service (transfers were booked with package). I didn't mind the van. I think there were 6 or 7 people on board, but it didn't feel crowded.
