Ohana dinner
Be Our Guest dinner
Skipper Canteen dinner
California Grill - brunch
Tiffins ( will wait for reviews) for RoL package lunch
Mama Melrose (fanasmic) lunch
Garden Grill dinner
Biergarten dinner
Tutto Italia dinner
The Wave (without ADR if we feel like it) dinner
Shutters (without ADR if we feel like it) dinner
Teppan Edo lunch
Via Napoli lunch OOP

Any terrible choices? We will have DDP for 14 days but I prefer paying OOP at Via Napoli to get the big pizza. I am assuming tiffins RoL package will accept dining plan credits

I would say be ready to look for a day-of ADR for the two you have listed as "without ADR") as reports are that fewer and fewer places are taking walk-UPS. Shutters especially has been getting some great reviews lately, and more than one person has reported NOT being able to do a walk-up there.

Of the others you have listed, I've only done 'Ohana (it was ok, not horrid, not great - long wait to get our table), Biergarten (really enjoyed it and would do it again with friends, but skipping it on a solo trip because there is too much that can go wrong as a solo with the communal tables - with a friend I'd have someone to talk to anyway), and Via Napoli (really enjoyed it, planning it for my upcoming trip).

The only 2 I have been to are Biergarten (x3) and 'Ohana (x2). LOVE Biergarten and think that 'Ohana is very overrated. I know that most people think that 'Ohana is the best but I have given it 2 chances now and been disappointed both times. It's not bad, just not that great. Meats have either been tough or slightly rubbery and I am not a fan of the overly sweet salad dressing. You may love it as much as most people though, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. :)

I think your choices are great. We love Ohana! We didn't have a good experience at Skippers Canteen, but they had just opened, so I can cut some slack for that.

Skipper canteen- we went there as we didn;t have a reservation and they were taking reservations. Interesting decor and atmosphere. They told us it'd be like half an hour. We all looked at the menu while waiting and the more we looked the more we thought that we'd be better off eating somewhere else so we left and told the host next time.

Garden Grill- My wife likes this place for a quick lunch sometimes but I much prefer the many options is world showcase or the coral reef. To each their own.

Biergarten- Not for me but I do like the 2 Italian and the japanese places you've selected at epcot.

I liked the old days when you could just eat without reservations and just pick out something that you were in the mood for and was in your path at the time when you were hungry.

Of the restaurants you listed, I love the following--Skipper Canteen (contrary to what others are telling you), California Grill (one of the best at WDW), Tutto Italia, Via Napoli, The Wave. Not so much--Mama Melrose, Biergarten, Be Our Guest, Teppan Edo, Garden Grill (although good characters). Never been to Ohana, Shutters, or Tiffin. As always, food and individual tastes are very, very subjective. You just have to take a chance and then, most importantly, let us all know what you thought! :D

Be Our Guest is a wonderful dinner. 'Ohana is fine too. Not great, but decent. I like the food more than the atmosphere though. It is loud and chaotic with the kids running around doing the coconut races and all. Mama Melrose Fantastic package is a great deal. You will love your meal and your seats. I have only been to California Grill for dinner, and the sushi was the best I've had anywhere. Good luck with all your choices!

You'll get all types of responses, but I don't think any restaurants you have listed get consistently horrible reviews. We've been to a few: BOG is one of our favorite TS's, have had dinner there 6x with 6 great meals/experiences. Have only done CG for dinner; not our fave signature. It's been a few years since Mama Melrose, prefer both Italian restaurants in Epcot but didn't think MM was bad. Biergarten is good. Prefer VN over Tutto but again, both are good. I'd like to add that in January DH and I on spontaneously (and by that I mean with a last minute ADR) ate at Tokyo Dining in Japan and LOVED it; unless you're set on Hibachi I'll say maybe take a look at their menu. You don't hear much about Tokyo Dining so we weren't expecting much but it was awesome!

Oh and 'Ohana! Have been twice for dinner although last time was 2 years ago. DH and both DS's love it, especially the shrimp. DH and I feel the chicken/beef is hit or miss, but the salad, wings, etc. are very good. Because it gets a lot of hype you'll probably end up trying it eventually so you may as well keep it now lol!

I am taking Garden Grill off my list. I think we will try something else instead.

Love Via Napoli and Be Our Guest. Not a fan of Mama Melrose...tried it twice. Your list looks good. I want to try The Wave but we keep canceling our ADRs there due to feeling like we are just stuffed after many days of overindulgence. We book all our favorites early in the trip and new choices for later. Maybe I need to start doing the reverse.

Biergarten has a great atmosphere, but in my experience the food is not great. At Epcot where there are so many great choices, I'd pass on it. Just an FYI...you have to sit at a table with another family(s), depends on you if that's a problem or not.

Sounds good! Just FYI we tried the Wave for the first time last trip and loved it!!

Ohana dinner- done several times and have always enjoyed. Lots of food so you will leave full!!
Mama Melrose (fanasmic) lunch- have done twice, good food and we have always had great service! You get a lot of food for the price.
Via Napoli lunch- great pizza, pasta and apps! We love VN!
