Feedback on July itinerary please

Hello Everyone. I think I have our basic itinerary figured out for our July trip, but would love some feedback before I get to the point where I book FP, cabanas, etc. This is the first time we are visiting without doing parks almost every day, so I have more wiggle room than I am used to. I have some things booked already, but am willing to make changes if need be. Based on your experiences, would you do anything differently than the below, if so…please let me know:

Sunday, July 1st (first full day) – Late morning go to Vineland premium outlets to get that out of the way (teens want this, not so much myself or DH). Head to Disney Springs for 5:45pm ressie at Rainforest Café. Explore Disney Springs in the evening and try to get the teens a time slot at “The Void”.

Monday, July 2nd – Universal/IOA two parks in one day (RD to around 4:00)

Tuesday, July 3rd – Booked for “Spirit of the Swamp” airboat tour at 10:30am. Thinking of going to Medieval Times show at 6:00 pm, but not booked yet.

Wednesday, July 4th – drive to Daytona Beach for the day. Have never been to a beach while in Florida, so would love to fit this in but it is not a must-do.

Thursday, July 5th – Magic Kingdom. Have ressies at BOG for myself and DD at 11:35am.

Friday, July 6th – Water Park (was going to TL, but now considering Aquatica as have never been)

Are you sure out of all of the restaurants in Disney Springs you want to do Rainforest Cafe? There are so many awesome options there now

Liked your Daytona Beach Day but we do it a little different. We always go for 2 days as we head into Florida and as much as I would like to question your Rainforest Café selection I can't My 17 year old made sure my Landry's Card was still good. Turns out I am buying her desert there one night.

Personally, it's not my first choice...but I am afraid it's a must do for other family members.
