fedex-missing ticket

I have been waiting for my universal tickets-ordered on december 31st. I sent an emaill yesterday to universal, they said fed ex delivered it on Janurary 4th. Sure enough I tracked the package and it showed it was left at my front door. Well I never got it!!! My son is home all day(cyber schooled) I go in and out of the front door everyday. I just made a claim with fedex. Has this happened to anyone? What happens in cases like this? I bought them on a simon debit card.

Also-I thought I would have to sign for the tickets- but fedex said universal doesnt ship that way.

Maybe they left it at a neighbour's front door by mistake.

Just talked to ryan at online ticket store- he cancelled tickets and issued me new ones to pick up at universal. He was GREAT!!!!

They were not left at neighbors house. We had 2 dogs here plus my son so we would have heard the fedex guy- but he said he didnt knock or ring bell.

I am so happy now!!!
