For 2 weeks now I have had issues trying to change some reservations (well 1 two weeks ago that crashed, and reservation actually got lost) had to call, they had to find the points again, and luckily the reservation I wanted opened up, as it was booked originally. (Yes, I was walking one)

Again this AM - different user account, get the dwarfs on the last page when changing a ressie. At least this time the points did not go into the ether. I was however able to change a different reservation today, just cant change the 2nd one (tried 4 times) crashes on the last page.

Just a vent/rant. But their IT is lack luster and it is frustrating.

It’s been happening to me for over a month. Frustrating for sure. I’ve also been running into problems with it logging me out in the middle of booking.

Are you using any sort of ad blocker or content blocker? This is a behavior that I exhibit when I have any sort of content blocker (or I can’t login).

That's not what is causing this. It's a server error. Next Time I try it I'll keep my developer tools open and see which request is throwing ab error. Happens on multiple devices. I can login. Go thru the modify process, then last screen where you actually check to confim......boom!
 
Try to modify the reservation and check if there is an email associated or not. It has happened to me once and I've read about others having the same problem. If there is no email, any other change to the reservation will fail without explaining what the problem is.
