February use year-When do I have to bank my points?

For my February 2003 points, when do I have to call and bank them into 2004 so I don't lose them? Isn't there a date that I have to call by?

For February 2003 use year -

7/31/03 to bank 100%
10/30/03 to bank upto 50%
11/30/03 to bank upto 25%

And those are the outside dates. If any of those fall on a weekend you must call by the Friday before.
