February Use Year at BCV selling

I noticed that there are currently 19 contracts available and pending at BCV at the TSS but 8 of those are Feb UY. Is there something happening that would explain the disproportionate selling of Feb versus other months or do you think it is just a random occurance?

Random occurance - unless Tom is calling all the BCV owners with Feb use years and giving them huge incentives to sell via TSS.

Some could be from just 1 seller, selling a few contracts.

I have Feb Useyear BCV & SSR. I have not heard of anything. I notice prior Feb useyear was a month that you didn't see many for sale.
