I had a Dr appointment yesterday so no gym, but I did get my 40 minute walk in.

60 minute hockey game last night.

Not a lot of time today but I got in 20 minutes of WATP. Normally I'd have just blown off exercise b/c all I could do was 20 minutes....now with this challenge I had 20 minutes so I used it to exercise!

That puts me at 320/600.

I did 50 minutes TM and 15 min exercises..
 
Another 60 minutes - 10 min. of abs and 50 on treadmill.

I had 70 minutes of strength training and elliptical last night, bringing me to 365/1000
 
hi all! just dropping by to post my minutes.
So far, as of yesterday I am 280/1000.
Not so good being that this month is so short!
gonna have to step it up!

I got my 40 minutes of walking, plus after work I did 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes on the elliptical!
