February 29th Party Nite ?

Park is open from 9 am - 11 pm.
I was able to book FP+ for the evening hours.
It said nothing about a party on that day.
If you are talking about it saying "Party Eligible Date" that means the dates your party is eligible to book FP+.

Regardless, there is also no PM EMH at any park on Feb. 29.

Sorry I just assumed OP meant Magic Kingdom.
Even when there are private parties at other parks, I've never seen them show up on MDE.

which park I was referring to .

it was Magic Kingdom that said it was a party night , went I went in to add fastpass+. .
