As of today, MK hours for Feb. 2019 are till 8:00pm. Do we think that'll change?

It depends. Feb sees a wide variety of MK closing times with the ebbs and flows of crowds and holidays - sometimes with big changes night to night. This past Feb MK had closing times anywhere from 8pm-12am, depending on the date. To be exact:

6pm - 1 day (special event)
8pm - 4 days
9pm - 7 days
10pm - 8 days
11pm - 3 days
12am - 5 days

Past performance is never a good indicator of future results when Disney park calendars are concerned (especially lately), only a rough guide for what’s possible, but hopefully that provides some general context.

I should also add - there are four dates with Disney After Hours events with published times, so those closing times will not change. 2/7 & 2/28 = 8pm; 2/14 & 2/21 = 9PM
