February 2012 Check-in!

Congrats IndayMichelle...have you ever stayed there before? We're there the end of next week. Never been there before, but it looks great.

I haven't stayed there. To be honest, I think I'll only stay in the room for a few hours :rotfl:

My flight gets in late Wednesday night. I'm going to go check in, and head to the park. I don't think I'll stay until 6AM, but I'll be there for awhile. I want to be back the next morning for rope drop :rotfl2:

That's quite the schedule, lol...well, I hope the beds are nice, at least for the time you are actually on one. Doesn't sound like you will get much sleep. Have a great time at the parks!

we are at single digits :banana::banana::banana:

need to start packing :woohoo:

We've got about 30 hours left. Woot!
Unfortunately I've got a whole lot of work and laundry to do before then. I cannot wait.

That sounds like me. Only tomorrow I am pulling out our suitcases to put a few things in. My things. With my DH I never know for sure what he is going to want to wear.:rolleyes1

I'll be there (with DBF, DSis, her DBF, and some other friends) Feb. 28th - March 1st, at Rodeway Inn Maingate (not the best, I know, but we're mostly college students and it's cheap).

I'm so excited because it'll be my first time staying overnight at Disneyland! We're local so we always do day trips.

Wow! I hope you can get some rest before you leave. Have a great trip!

We'll be there this Friday through Monday :cool1: So excited! Sunny and 75 is the forecast! Hope crowds are low! We are staying at the HoJo. Anyone know if they have fridges in the standard rooms? I need to finish the laundry and start packing too!!

Just changed my reservation to GCH! (I'm nuts, it was super expensive last minute.) Excited to be so close to the action.

13 DAYS!!

I'm so jealous of you guys with shorter days than me! 18 days for us. My friend and her family just got back so her stories have me really pumped up. I'm trying to decide if I should bring 2 strollers or not. I have an almost 2 year old (we'll bring her's of course) and an almost 6 year old that is fine walking but I'm thinking it might be nice to have another one just in case she gets tired especially since we have a 1 mile trek back to our hotel. What are thoughts on older kids in the strollers. usually I would tell her, just walk and get over it LOL. but I have a feeling she will be exhausted.

I have a friend that still takes a stroller for her 6 year old. The days although not as long as a summer schedule are still long for their little legs. And it might be nice to have a secure feeling place to retreat to. Plus there is the added bonus of being able to use the stroller to carry things in it.

DH tried to tell me that DD was too old for a stroller when she was 6 (the man who completely caters to her every whim. What is that about) but I said she might be, but the rest of us will enjoy ourselves much more if she's not whining about being tired. Last trip, she had just turned 7, was the first time we didn't pack a stroller for her.

--of course, my two oldest were only 4 and 5 on their first trip. We didn't think to pack a stroller, and they didn't think about complaining. :rotfl2:

I'd pack it just in case.

Thanks for the responses. I think since we have an extra Mac Volo we'll throw it in the trunk so we have it there just in case. She's getting close to the weight limit I think anyway haha.

4 days!:cool1:

I just started my packing list. :cheer2:

Can anyone tell me if there are alarm clocks in the rooms at PPH?

I know there aren't in the DLH. My guess is no, they have a wake up call service. Mickey Mouse calls you.:goodvibes

One week from today we will be taking off on our flight to Mickeyland :cool1::cool1:

Well, I'm living up to my Tag Fairy's quote...still have a week to go and it's so hard to stay focused at work :cool1: California here we come!!!!

I am surprised about no alarm clock. I thought it would be standard??

How about a hair dryer at PPH? Don't want to get caught without one:scared1:

Yes, there are hair dryers. There might be alarm clocks at PPH but, I know there isn't at the DLH.
