We have always gone to Disney World during the first 2 weeks of February. Now that the kids are older (12, 8, 8) we do not think that we can have them miss as much school as before. They have Presidents week off so we were thinking about getting there the Thursday before Presidents week, so we would be there February 14-23. It looks like Mardi Gras and the Daytona 500 are at this time also. How horribly busy will the parks be. We have been used to relatively low crowds for the past 5 years because of the time we went. Will it be so crowded that it takes alot away from the enjoyment. Any experience or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

We went down the week before President's week and the crowds started picking up the Friday before. It seemed crowded for us, but from what I understand from people that have come during that time, it wasn't that bad. I think the most we waited on line was 40 min. for Buzz Lightyear. It all depends on what you consider "crowded". We are used to practically walking on rides!

Spoiled I guess! ;)

We have pretty much been able to walk on rides during the off times
