February 16th - Mardi Gras parade/concert?

Our family will be going to Universal , (mostly IOA, possibly US later in the day/evening) on Feb 16th. I see that there is a mardi gras parade and Steve Miller Band Concert also that day. Can anyone tell me where this all takes place and what affect it will have on crowds/getting around? Any information would be great!

I'll be there that night too...I LOVE the Steve Miller Band! Anyway...all Mardi Gras festivities take place inside the Studios and both the parade and concert are included with your park admission. The park won't start to get busy until later in the evening. The concert takes place at the Universal Music Plaza (standing room only) so there are no seats. The parade is before the concert which starts after the park closes so no rides will be open during the concert. IoA is unaffected by the crowds at Mardi Gras.
