When is the better time to go regarding weather and crowds, beginning of feb or mar?

Has anyone been then and can tell me your experience.

I've been both months. Crowds are about the same; not bad. Nights in February can be a little chilly, around 50-55F. The key is to go early in either month. Go before President's weekend in February, and before spring breaks start in March (around the 8th-9th).

yes this:thumbsup2

we went for a quicky of 10 days end feb returning 3rd March. We thoughly enjoyed it as the crowd levels were great. The evening ranged from chilly to downright cold. The days ranged from chilly, to warm to hot..so basically go prepared for all weather! But we would def go that time again.:)

are the water parks open in feb? and is it hot enough to go ?

i did look at feb as it was the only way i could fit a 5 week trip but only 4 school weeks without the price going up a lot for the half term school hols

Yes they do open...BUT some days are way to chilly but other days are really hot. We didn't have time for them on the hot days but did sit by the hotel pool for a while. So as long as you know that you may not get too much pool time its fine. We really enjoyed looking around WDW on the cool days it just made it seem different somehow:)

We have booked to go next February for two weeks and I really want to start holiday clothes shopping but really struggling as I have no idea what to buy!

It really is a time to pack for most weather conditions, although it is a time when it prob won't rain. Some days you will be fine in a summer dress others you will need a jacket. I would say that the evenings are not warm so you will def need something then. We learnt not to go out for the whole day without a jacket or sweatshirt to put on for when the sun went down:)
