If I can handle the guilt and save the pennies I am looking at talking an adults only trip in February half term week (as I will have child care)

Does anyone have any experience of the prices etc.

I'm looking at flying out Friday 13th and flying back on Sunday 22nd February so I would avoid the more expensive Saturday flights!

This time as there would only be two of us we don't mind staying in a hotel room. I know a lot recommend Rosen in at Point Orlando which is around £300 ish for our dates.

Flights are fine indirect with short connection times and the cheapest I'm finding them at the moment is about £550 each which seems expensive compared to our flight prices for three weeks in August!!

Does anyone have a ballpark flight price figure of what's good for Fen half term week?

Thanks

Xx

I would say of you can get them close to £500 each for any half term you're winning.

I just expected February to be much cheaper than any other half term as in October its Halloween and warmer so I'd expect it to be more popular and May half term generally covers the bank holiday and is lovely weather.

I was hoping for indirect flights for around £400 but I'm to sure if I'm being unrealistic?

Sky scanner is bringing up two indirect flights for your dates at £567 each. 12 hours 15 mins flight. I'd check daily and book when you see something you are happy with. Keep clearing your cookies though for flight sights or you'll never get anything cheap!!!!

I will keep checking, I've set an alert but £567 is like 40% over budget!!

Not sure if they're going to come down to £400 which is my maximum :sad1:

We went Feb half term a couple of years ago,and it was around £400 from Manchester.

The weather was chilly but bright!:goodvibes

That is exactly the price and airport I need!

I know its not going to be hot but I'm hoping for warm and dry and an improvement on England's February weather!!

Unfortunately if the flight prices don't come down to close to £400 I can't book!
