Feb Accomodations

I just had a look at the school calendars for 2013 and I think that we could take a 6 day trip in Feb with the kids only missing a day or two from school. The problem is that it is around your Presidents' day holiday, which is High season for condo rentals.

We loved Windsor Hills, but a 3 bdrm for 6 days at that time will cost $900, all fees and taxes included. I think I can do better than $150 per night, especially because we are quite flexible in the location (but we want a 3 bdrm!). We will probably only do one day in the Disney parks, and 2 at Universal, so I would like a resort that has a nice pool and some stuff for teenagers to do while we enjoy some relaxation.

Check in would be Feb 14 or 15th, check out Feb 20th. Any ideas for a great place less that $150 per night for that time frame that are near Universal or Disney parks?

we did wk before Pres very busy..it will be unbelievable at the end of the week...but prices were high..we got quotes on the. Windsor hills web site and otterspool was great...they were well under the weekly quotes of others try that..just delete the expensive ones and don't be afraid of haggling...ask them to throw in pool heat or give 10% off. alot will...again remember Pres. day is par with Xmas..very busy..

Thank you. I did get a great quote for a townhouse at Regal Palms in Davenport for that week, and we would only be going to WDW parks once and Universal/Islands of Adventure once each so crowds aren't a huge concern.

Having said that, now we are thinking about driving down Dec 28th - Jan 4th. School is out until Jan 7th so we would actually have the time to drive. If wedo that we'd still stay at Regal Palms because it looks amazing!
