Feb 8th which park open early?

Ok we are a month away from our 1 day at Universal. When will they release which park will be open early for uni hotel guests? I want to know in which order I'll be trying to do the HP stuff...

But it doesn't look like they've posted for Feb yet.

If I had to guess, I would bet IOA since UO has it for this month.
