So very sorry to hear about the sick kids. Garret did have a bout of vomiting at Disney on the thurs. before the cruise but I think he drank too much pool water! Did not happen again thank goodness and nothing from the other end. Hope everyone is feeling betterand has thier land legs!

Hi, all!

Jim and I are still here in Florida, and it isn't very warm, that's for sure! We did get some pool time today, though!

I agree about our servers I-Gede and Passayou. They are the best we've ever had! Our stateroom host, Jonathan, took pretty good care of us too.

I will join the Facebook page once I get home and get my act in gear again.

AND....we re-booked! Jim and I are sailing on Dream on Feb. 6 in a Cat 5D verandah room. We're hoping to bring our older granddaughter along on this one since it will only be four nights.

OK, back to trying to find something to do that will help us keep warm!

Finally home! Have power, no flodding, good after cruise visit with my friends in Orlando (but not bathing suit weather).

Wanted to also say thanks for all the FE treats!!! It was so much fun trying to sneak them to everyone without getting caught, even though I did get caught a few times!

What a wonderful trip. I will always treasure the memories and hope to hook up with you guys on future cruises!

We're having a great time, and it may be BECAUSE of the weather. There doesn't seem to be anyone here. We haven't been to the parks, but nothing is crowded. We walked around Downtown Disney on Sunday and it felt like we were the only people there. People started arriving yesterday, but it sill isn't bad.

I have lot of pictures to post, but not much time to do it yet!

We're finally back home!

We arrived at 1 AM Saturday morning and discovered that all of the family (except the younger granddaughter) has....Norovirus! I got through the entire cruise and NOW I'll get it. So far, Jim and I are fine, and Brigid seems to have avoided it, but DS, DDIL, older DGD and DGS are all absolutely miserable, and we only have one bathroom. I'm ready to go back to Florida!

It's warmer here today in New Jersey than it was most of the week in Florida, but we had a blast anyway. As soon as I can get to it I'll be uploading my pictures, but first I guess I have to play nursemaid to a gang of sick people.

As you can see by my ticker, Jim and I rebooked while on board, and this time we're taking Shannan (the older DGD) who will be almost 11 by then. I can't put that in my countdown, though, because we aren't telling her until at least Christmas, and maybe later. The plan right now is for the whole family to take a trip to WDW the week before the cruise, and then we'll just take Shannan with us when we leave. We'd really like to surprise her as we're heading to the bus, but I'm not sure Jim and I can keep it a secret that long!

We are DVC members. We own points at Animal Kingdom Lodge & Bay Lake Tower. We love it! Especially for a family of five or larger. We purchased through Celeste Chaffaut 800/827-7109 (Our Disney Vacation Club Guide). She is very helpful and not at all pushy, at all.
