Booked flight through Disney from Laguadia airport N.Y. Did not sleep well night before. I kept looking out the window to see if if had snowed. We lucked out. No snow. Taxied to the airport and met up with our travel group at 6:00 am. 23 of us all together. My family was me, husband 2 sons (12 & 9).No meals no movie. Arrived Orlando 11:30. Disney cruise reps. took us to bus. We did not wait for group. I was hungry and wanted to get to ship. We watch a video on the bus about the ports of call and activities. We were excited. Mike (dh) slept on plane and was feeling rested. We were excited. The ship came into view before we crossed the bridge into Cape Canavaral. The Magic is a beautiful and elegant ship. Her twin red smokestacks really stand out. The new Carnaval Pride and Holland Amer. ships were also docked. The Magic is not the biggest ship but she is uniquely elegant and classey. She was the only ship red, black and white. My kids got off the bus before us which made me nervous. I was afraid the would run off and get lost. It took me a couple of days to relax about them running off. I finally just let them be. They did their thing, we did ours. They were waiting for us when we got off the bus. Check in was a breeze. One family ahead of us in line. Fill out all your forms ahead of time and follow all instructions. Dh did not want picture taken
