Feb 13-19, Will this be okay? Please help!!

Those new codes came out and I'm trying to change my dates. We were originally going the first week of May, but I can save $600 on room & airfare by going in Feb. If we arrive on Sun the 13 and leave on Sat the 19, will we beat the Pres. Day crowds? We will only be in the parks the 14-18 and Pres. Day is on the 21st. I was thinking about the first week of Feb, but heard about Mardi Gras & Superbowl so now I'm trying to figure out something else. Feb is also our 12th Anniversary! Please help!!

We love going in February, nice park touring weather, no crowds, it can't be beat. A little cool for swimming I would think though, but maybe not the later you go in Feb. We were there the first week of Feb and thought it would be too cold to swim. The pools are heated and there were kids swimming though.
