Feb 06 FW Cabins unavailable?

I am trying to make reservations for a friend for Feb 17 - Feb 26 2006. I have tried for about a month and CM still says nothing available. I've never run into this problem before. Is something going on that I don't know about? Has anyone else had this problem or gotten ressies for this time period?
