Fear Factor closed until spring and other stuff

Oh I see...Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down there. Well...We will just have two threads on it. :rolleyes1

Yea I dont think too many are too disapointed that it wont be open when they go so little discussion on it. I personally have never seen the show but maybe one day I will. Gonna be closed next trip so wont be anytime soon lol.

I haven't seen it either and don't really have any desire to do so. I watched the tv show a few times when it first came on but lost interest really fast. They would be better off to have a Deal or No Deal show or something that's still popular.

Yea I agree. Kinda weird how they keep changing the old with new things but even in its prime I am not sure this show was wildly popular. I think deal or no deal would be a rly good idea could be fun. I am not usually into games of chance but deal or no deal is usually fun to watch.

I went to fear factor once and it was enough. I felt like leaving about 5 min into the show. I don't see why they still have it. I'm sure I'm not the only one that felt the show was terrible. I don't see how they could have very high guest feedback from surveys about the show.

I don't like Deal or No Deal show but even this would be better. It would probably cost less to run the show and the cases could have prizes like meal deal, express pass, blue man group tickets, movie tickets, free photo on a ride, etc. with the top prize being a night stay in one of their hotels.

not to mention many beautiful women with the cases :cool1:

I was never big on Fear Factor either. Y'all inspired me to do an article on the upside of the cutbacks tho': http://www.examiner.com/x-2200-Orla...-Theme-park-cutbacks-mean-spectacular-savings

Would definitely be nice if they decide to change it to something more current but with all the cutbacks they probably aren't going to change things up in the near future. I'm sure Potterville is enough of an outflow of $$, and that's gonna be close to outdated by the time it's done.
