FEA strategy

We are staying at the Swan (first time), will I have an advantage getting to Frozen Ever After at rope drop through the gateway? Do they even let you in at 9am at the gateway? And if so, what is the fastest route to FEA?

The IG and the front gates generally open at the same time, so no real advantage. The only route to FEA from IG at that time of morning is to the left through UK, Canada, and Mexico to Norway.
