FEA...Rope Drop or last thing a thing at night?

which would be better? Really don't plan on using FP+ at Epcot as we have hoppers and think FP+ will more valuable to us at MK. But we will do Epcot two days, once in the evening and once for rope drop so debating which way to play it. Would prefer to rope drop Soarin

FEA doesn't open until 11, I think. So rope drop may not be possible. You could RD Soarin' and then head to FEA though.

I would recommend trying to ride at RD as FEA has a history of going down. I would rather go early and ride then leave it until the end of the day and miss riding if it's down or, if it's been down during the day so the line is long.

I'm actually not sure, maybe the FPs don't start until 11? I just keep reading 11am on a lot of stuff on here but I haven't been to WDW in a long time so I'm honestly not positive.

FEA opens at 9AM (or 8AM when EMH). I would RD it and save Soarin' for the end of the day.

Yes it opens at 9am with park opening. I'd arrive at 8/8:15 for a 9am opening and then walk quickly straight there. We did this but walked leisurely there and got on with a 20 min wait during Presidents' Day weekend

We have had more success riding late in the evening. In our experience everyone heads there first and unless you can fight your way to the front the line builds very quickly. Last summer on two week long visits we rode multiple times at night and never waited more than 10-15 minutes. YMMV

I would suggest RD for FEA and then go over to Soarin, thanks to the extra theater Soarin doesn't get busy till the park has been open for about an hour. What time of year are you going? That could make a difference

Rope dropped it in October and it opened at 8:45, so plan to arrive early. After I got off the ride the line was already out the doors and down towards China.
