FDP availabilty for August

When do they open availability for Fant. Dinner Package?
I've called 2 days ago and they said to try today or Friday because they haven't opened them yet. I just called and the fellow said they're completely booked(which is what the original CM said on Tuesday. So how hard is it?

its been open for over a month now. I was going to book mid february but at that point they only had H&V and brown derby. Mama melrose was booked. I can see now at this point how they could be totally booked up.
