I have seen a lot of posts about FD but it appears to be quick service. If I am lucky enough to travel at a time that has FD, can I pay the difference between the quick service and the deluxe to upgrade? or is it a case of this is what you get, don't throw a fit?

In the past you have always been able to pay the upgrade. I doubt Disney will ever refuse to take more of your money.
