FD new ressie, price is cheaper than online??

So I re-booked my vacay with the FD offer. Staying from 11/28-12/4. 3 adults and a 2 year old. I only purchased 2 day no PH tickets. No trip insurance.

Price quoted online is $2290.53 before deposit.
What I was quoted as a balance and in the email ressie is $2121.87.
That is $168.66 less than online?!?

Not complaining, but I just want to make sure things are ok.

CM said they were refunding my original deposit. It could be that deposit either because I only paid $162.00.
I am also confused why the money for the deposit on the new ressie isn't showing. The refund for the original isn't showing either. When I first booked the room only, the charge showed the next day.

What I was quoted as a balance and in the email ressie is $2121.87. If you're saying that's your "balance", you would have to add $200 to that figure, as that is what the deposit requirement is to know what your true total package is.

The refund for the original isn't showing either.This can take up to two billing cycles, per Disney, but most likely it will take a few days to a week. It doesn't happen immediately. When I first booked the room only, the charge showed the next day.

This is what is on my ressie
PAYMENT SUMMARY
TOTAL $2121.87
TOTAL PAID AS OF 07/08/2010 $200.00
AMOUNT DUE BY 10/14/2010 $1921.87


Even if I add $200 to the 2121.87, that still is not $2290.53. It's 2321.87.

My DH says I should call to make sure all is ok.

Was one of them with trip insurance and the other without? That might be the difference.

I would call and ask. It could be any number of things, insurance, preferred rooms, park hoppers, etc.

I'm staying at AKL and I specifically told the CM NO insurance. I also told her no hopping and only 2 days of tickets.
