FD and Memorial Day

For those of you that went over Memorial day last year, was FD being offered during that time? My friends DD graduates the Friday before Memorial day and her graduation gift is a trip to WDW, FD would sure be helpful. We always go in the fall so I don't really pay attention to spring FD dates.

As a general public offer, I believe 2011 was the only year to include free dining anytime in May. Check in dates were May 27 to June 3. Hasn't been offered in that time period before or since, so you may have to keep an eye out and see if you are offered a PIN.

Since May is when it starts to enter regular/peak season, they typically offer fewer FD offers (or any spectacular offer for that matter) since it's usually not a problem to get the resorts full, whereas autumn and winter tend to have lower traffic, so they offer more things to entice guests.
