I am meeting my friend who lives in Tampa for a few days at WDW. I put 1 day base tickets on our FD package because I already have an old ticket. My question is this, will she be able to apply that 1 day base ticket price towards the purchase of a Florida resident multi-day pass? I know that you can upgrade to regular passes, but not sure if you are allowed to get a discounted ticket when you book the package.:confused3

I know I can call guest services if need be, but I usually get an answer faster here - and more accurate information!

Yes she should be able to do that. I am a Florida Resident and I have used my one day pass for the past 2 years to upgrade to a Florida Resident SEASON pass. And depending on the length of your stay, the season pass could be cheaper than her length of stay pass. Worth it to check it out. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the information. We are only staying 3 days, so the 3 day pass is perfect for her. I spoke with a CM about this and she said "yes", but it's nice to hear from experience that this is true.
