FCC Transfer to another person?

Has anyone been able to transfer FCC to other people? We are hoping to swap out some people in our party and was hoping to keep the FCC credit. Does anyone know if that is possible?

AFAIK, FCC is only usable by the person(s) on the original cancelled cruise.

I was able to use my excess FCC to cover a portion of an additional person in my same stateroom, but I don’t believe you can transfer the credit to another person.

I also used some of my FCC to cover part of my son‘s cruise fare - he is in the same cabin as me on a January cruise.
