Faxing Room Requests-Do you call to check if it was recvd?

I faxed over my room requests earlier this week and was wondering do you also then call and check if they recieved it? thanks!

I faxed my requests in 4 days prior to our arrival and I never checked to make sure they were received. We have been lucky and we have almost always had all of our requests met so I assume that they were received by the proper people.

No need to call. If you don't get what you requested just ask at the desk at check in if they can help.

I predict that one of these days making room requests is going to cost us. It happened at CBR for next year by making the two most popular buildings preferred for an extra charge.

Even if you don't get your requests met sometimes Disney makes better choices.

We faxed a room request to AKL, but it was not received. However, the CM helped us out as best she could at check in (we got some but not all 3 of our requests, which was fine).

When we stayed at AKL in 2001, at check in the desk CM noted that they had received our fax and read back the requests. Luckily, we got what we requested but maybe bacause it was our 25 th wedding anniversary. Have a great trip.
