Faxing Room Request -- Have You Gotten What You Asked For?

I have a room at POR booked in 2 weeks--WOOHOO--!! I booked through a travel agent (my mom), can I still fax a request for a building? Or do I have to have her do this?? Anyone have an answer??

I have faxed before, and got not one thing. I was not upset by this and I know there where no promise made to me, but I will try again on this trip......
