Faxing Resort - too late????

I was going to fax POP about our room requests today. We have a 7 day dream maker package with a room only night on both ends of the reservation. When I made the room only reservations, the CM wouldn't put in the request area that I had a continuing reservation and would like to stay in same room. He said just to tell them at check in. This worries me a little so I wanted to fax this as part of my request.

Well, today was my 4 days prior. But I was busy at work and couldn't fax and then at the end of the day I had to rush out the door or my DD would be late for Horse back riding lessons. So, should I fax tomorrow or is that too late? Should I just request this at check in.

The only other stuff I would have requested would be 50s building high floor.

Just this past April, I faxed my room requests 3 days prior to our arrival and we were very happy with the results!! Definitely give it a shot because it's not too late - have a great trip!

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and faxed Pop Century today. I will post when we get back if it "worked" or not.

OK. I am back. I guess the room assigner received my fax because our room location was perfect.

I politely requested, in order or importance: non smoking, close to food court, upper floor, 50s section. And I got just that. We were in 50s section, building C, with a room on the end by the bowling pin stairs closest to the food court. We were on the top floor. It was perfect!
