faxing requests

Does anyone still fax requests even though it is suggested not too?

Last year I sent a fax, and we got an excellent location. I didn't ask for much just an upper, non-smoking floor w/a balcony. I wanted to do the same for my trip on Friday, but am unsure.l

You should call and have them added to your reservation. If you fax, they may not get matched up with your reservation.

I do both- it doesn't hurt at all to fax so why not? A CM who works at CBR posted on here that at that resort they pay MORE attention to faxed requests.

I think your travel agent would have to do it.
